Welcome to fktq.store (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the software license keys and other related digital items (collectively, “Digital Licenses”) sold through it.

By using the Site or purchasing any Digital License, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.


1. Who we are

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • FKTQ”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the operator of fktq.store.
  • You” or “your” means any person accessing the Site and/or purchasing Digital Licenses.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or you have the consent of a parent/guardian.
  2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  3. You are not prohibited from using the Site under any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Access, Authentication & Customer Balance

3.1 Authentication via Email Code (No Traditional Accounts)

The Site does not use traditional password-based user accounts. Instead, we use email-based authentication provided by sellauth.com or a similar service:

  • To access your customer area (including your order history and balance), you request a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email address.
  • You do not create or manage a password on the Site.

By using this login method, you agree to:

  • Provide a valid email address that you control.
  • Keep your email account secure (including any devices and apps that access it).
  • Promptly open a ticket on the website or Discord if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your customer area.

You acknowledge that we rely on the security of your email account and the authentication provider. If someone gains access to your email, they may be able to access your customer balance and past purchases.

3.2 Customer Balance

The Site may allow you to hold a customer balance (for example, store credit):

  • This balance can be used solely to purchase Digital Licenses on the Site.
  • It has no cash value outside the Site and is not a bank account, e-money, or a financial instrument.
  • We may impose limits, change how the balance works, or discontinue the balance feature at any time.

Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, customer balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3.3 Third-Party Authentication Provider

We use sellauth.com (or another similar third-party authentication provider) to manage login and authentication:

  • Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to your use of their service.
  • We do not control that third-party service and are not responsible for any downtime, errors, or data processing carried out by them.

4. Digital Licenses & Products

4.1 Nature of Products

We sell software license keys and similar software-related digital entitlements only (collectively, “Digital Licenses”).

We do not operate a subscription system at this time, and we do not sell game keys, in-game items, or unrelated content.

4.2 Product Information

We aim to describe our products accurately, but:

  • Product descriptions, screenshots, and other information may contain occasional errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
  • We may update or change product details at any time without prior notice.

Your responsibilities:

  • Check compatibility (e.g., platform, operating system, version, required software, region if applicable) before purchasing.
  • Read and comply with any third-party terms or end-user license agreements (EULAs) that apply to the software you are activating with the Digital License.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices for Digital Licenses are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase and may change at any time without notice.
  • Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges (where relevant) will be shown at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method you select.
  • The information you provide in connection with the payment is accurate and not fraudulent.
  • You will not make fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.


6. Order Processing & Delivery

6.1 Delivery Method

Our products are digital only. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital Licenses are typically delivered by one or more of the following methods:

  • Display on the order confirmation or purchase completion page;
  • Delivery to your customer area accessible via email-based login;
  • Email sent to the address you provided.

Once the Digital License has been displayed, sent, or otherwise made accessible to you, it is considered delivered.

6.2 Delivery Time

We aim to deliver Digital Licenses instantly or within a short time after successful payment, but:

  • Delays may occur due to payment processing, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your email provider, payment provider, or any other third party outside our direct control.

If you believe there is a delivery issue, please make a ticket on the website or Discord.


7. License Grant & Use

When you purchase a Digital License from us:

  • You are buying a license key or activation code for software as described in the product listing, not the software itself.
  • Your use of the software is governed by the software publisher’s or vendor’s EULA, terms of use, or other agreements.

You agree to:

  • Use the Digital License only in accordance with the applicable third-party terms.
  • Not resell, duplicate, distribute, or publicly share the Digital License unless explicitly allowed by the applicable terms.
  • Not attempt to bypass technical protections, reverse engineer license mechanisms, or use the key in a way that violates the vendor’s policies.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the software publisher or vendor will continue to support the software or accept the key indefinitely.
  • That your access will continue if you violate the software vendor’s terms.

8. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Because Digital Licenses are digital, single-use, and typically delivered immediately, we generally operate a no-refund policy once a key has been delivered, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise on the Site.

8.1 No Refunds After Delivery

In most cases, you cannot cancel or refund an order after the Digital License has been:

  • Revealed on the Site;
  • Sent to your email; or
  • Otherwise made accessible to you.

This applies even if:

  • You entered the wrong email address or details;
  • Your system is not compatible;
  • You changed your mind.

8.2 Defective or Invalid Keys

If you believe a Digital License is defective or invalid, you must:

  1. Make a ticket on the website or our official Discord within a reasonable time; and
  2. Provide all relevant information (order ID, screenshot of the error, etc.).

We may investigate by:

  • Checking our own records; and/or
  • Contacting the relevant vendor or partner.

If we verify that the issue is due to our error or the key being genuinely invalid not caused by misuse, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the Digital License with a new one;
  • Provide store credit or customer balance; or
  • Issue a refund, where applicable.

8.3 What Is Not Covered

We are generally not responsible for and do not offer refunds for:

  • Keys blocked or invalidated because you violated the software publisher’s or vendor’s terms.
  • Incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, or software environment where the requirements were stated or reasonably discoverable.
  • Problems arising from third-party service outages or changes (e.g., software vendor shutting down activation servers).

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot be legally limited or excluded.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a transaction, you agree to make a ticket on the website or Discord first to try to resolve it with us.

If you initiate a dispute or chargeback without giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, or if we reasonably believe the dispute is fraudulent or abusive, we may:

  • Suspend or restrict your access to the Site and your customer balance;
  • Block or invalidate associated Digital Licenses, where technically possible;
  • Refuse future orders.

We may provide transaction and communication information to payment providers or financial institutions to help resolve disputes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents (including text, layout, logos, and other materials) are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site content without our prior written permission.
  • Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit consent.

Names, logos, and trademarks of third-party software publishers or vendors are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.


11. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Site and Digital Licenses may depend on or interact with third-party services, such as:

  • Authentication providers (e.g., sellauth.com);
  • Software publishers and vendors;
  • Other platforms where the software is downloaded, installed, or activated.

You acknowledge that:

  • These third-party services are not under our control.
  • Your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
  • We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or any changes they make to their services.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.


12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
  • To attempt unauthorized access to our systems, data, or other users’ information;
  • To interfere with the operation of the Site or introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful activities;
  • To scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site in an automated way without our permission.

We may take any reasonable action (including blocking IPs, cancelling orders, or contacting relevant authorities) if we suspect abusive or illegal activity.


13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and Digital Licenses are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
  • We do not make any guarantees about the performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Digital Licenses, beyond what is expressly stated in the product description and applicable third-party terms.

Where the law implies warranties that cannot be excluded, such warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any Digital License.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site or any Digital License is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific Digital License giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not allowed by law.


15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site or Digital Licenses;
  • Your breach of these Terms; or
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

16. Privacy

We collect and process certain information about you when you use the Site, including when you:

  • Make a purchase;
  • Request a login code;
  • Make a support ticket on the website or Discord;
  • Contact us.

Details about how we collect, use, and protect your data are described in our Privacy Policy, which is separate from these Terms and may be updated from time to time.

We may also receive or share certain data with third-party services (such as authentication providers, payment processors, and Discord) as necessary to provide the services.


17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be changed.
  • Changes are effective when posted on the Site, unless stated otherwise.

If you continue to use the Site or purchase Digital Licenses after any changes, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms.


18. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, your ability to use your customer balance, and/or any pending orders if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms;
  • You have engaged in fraud or abuse; or
  • Your actions risk causing harm to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon suspension or termination, your right to access the Site and services may cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnity, and refund rules) will continue to apply.


19. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are subject to applicable law.

Any dispute between you and us that cannot be resolved informally (for example, via a ticket on the website or Discord) will be handled by the competent courts as determined by applicable conflict of law and jurisdiction rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your place of residence.
