Refund Policy – fktq.store

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, replacements, and returns are handled for purchases made on fktq.store (the “Site”).
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products Only
- We sell digital software license keys and similar software-related digital items (“Digital Licenses”).
- No physical products are shipped.
- Digital Licenses are typically delivered instantly after successful payment or shortly thereafter.
Because of the nature of Digital Licenses (single-use, redeemable, and easily viewable), our ability to offer refunds is very limited.
2. General No-Refund Policy After Delivery
Once a Digital License has been delivered, the order is generally non-refundable.
A Digital License is considered delivered when:
- It is displayed on the Site (e.g., order completion page or within your customer area), and/or
- It is sent to the email address you provided.
No refunds are normally given if:
- You change your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product or version.
- You entered the wrong email address or details.
- Your device, system, or software is not compatible, where compatibility or requirements were reasonably visible in the product info.
- You fail to use or redeem the key within any applicable time recommended by the software vendor.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law.
3. Defective, Invalid, or Non-Working Keys
If you believe your Digital License is:
- Invalid,
- Already in use, or
- Not working as described,
you must:
- Make a ticket on the website or on our official Discord as soon as possible after discovering the issue; and
- Provide all relevant details (order ID, the exact error message, screenshots, etc.).
We may then:
- Check our own systems and records;
- Request additional information from you; and/or
- Contact the relevant software vendor or partner to verify the status of the key.
If, after investigation, we confirm that:
- The problem is due to our error or an issue with the key itself (and not due to misuse, violation of the software vendor’s terms, or your system setup),
we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the Digital License with a working key;
- Provide store credit / customer balance on the Site; or
- Issue a refund, where appropriate.
We decide the appropriate remedy case-by-case.
4. Situations Not Covered for Refunds or Replacements
We generally do not offer refunds or replacements if:
- The key is blocked, revoked, or disabled because you breached the software vendor’s terms or policies.
- The software vendor or platform changes its activation system, shuts down, or otherwise becomes unavailable.
- Your device, operating system, or environment is incompatible and this was reasonably discoverable.
- You have already successfully activated or used the key (as indicated by the vendor’s or our internal verification).
5. Customer Balance / Store Credit
In some cases, instead of a direct refund, we may choose to provide customer balance (store credit) on your account:
- Customer balance can be used only for purchases on fktq.store.
- Unless required by law, customer balance is not refundable to external payment methods and is non-transferable.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your purchase, you agree to contact us first:
- Please make a ticket on the website or via our official Discord and allow us a reasonable chance to help.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, or if we reasonably believe the dispute is fraudulent or abusive, we may:
- Suspend or limit your access to the Site;
- Restrict or remove your ability to use customer balance;
- Block or invalidate related keys where technically possible; and/or
- Decline future orders.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
- When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top.
- Changes are effective when posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated.
If you continue using the Site after changes are posted, you are deemed to accept the updated Refund Policy.
